Harry Radomski is a partner at Goodmans.  He has been with the firm since 1987 and is a member of the Executive Committee.

Harry’s practice focuses on commercial litigation with particular emphasis on intellectual property litigation.  He is the head of the Intellectual Property Litigation Group.  In 1999, he was named Canada's Intellectual Property Patent Litigator of the Year by the international publication Managing Intellectual Property.  He regularly appears before all levels of Courts and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada on a number of occasions involving leading patent and trade-mark issues. He is recognised for his expertise in proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations on behalf of generic clients.

Harry is recognized by Chambers Global Guide to The World’s Leading Lawyers (IP litigation), The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory (IP litigation), The Lexpert/ALM Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada (IP litigation), Euromoney’s Guide to the World's Leading Patent Law Practitioners (as one of the top three Canadian patent lawyers and top 25 in the world), PLC's Which Lawyer? Harry also has extensive experience litigating high profile corporate commercial and insurance matters.  He has been a member of the Advisory Hearing Board of the Ontario Insurance Commission.  He has lectured on IP remedies, insurance law and public policy at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.  He is also an adjunct professor in the Faculty of Graduate Studies at York University. Harry has chaired and participated in conferences on IP issues.

He has written numerous articles, as well as a book on the Insurance Act of Ontario and he is a contributing author to the Central and Eastern European Law Initiative of the American Bar Association.

Harry is also involved in contract negotiations and collective bargaining agreements for several hockey coaches, management personnel and hockey officials in the National Hockey League.

Harry has been a member of the fundraising committee of the Canadian Disability Rights Council and has provided pro bono litigation services to the Advocacy Research Centre for the Handicapped (ARCH).

Harry was called to the bar in Ontario in 1978.  He was awarded the Treasurer's Medal for standing first in the Ontario Bar.
