Ryan is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans. He is developing a broad corporate practice, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities law, and corporate governance.
Before joining Goodmans, Ryan practiced corporate and commercial law at a prominent Atlantic Canada firm.
Ryan completed his J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School where he received numerous awards for academic excellence, including the Honourable F.H. Barlow Scholarship.
