Goodmans advised on four of Lexpert Magazine’s Top 10 Deals of 2018.

Goodmans played a lead role in the following deals:

• Essar Steel Algoma Inc. concludes a three-year restructuring under the CCAA and sale of substantially all of its assets to Algoma Steel Inc. Goodmans represented the ad hoc committee of senior secured noteholders in Canada.
  
  
• BSR Real Estate Investment Trust completed its US$135 million initial public offering. Goodmans represented BSR REIT in Canada.
  
  
• Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited completed its previously announced acquisition of Coca-Cola Refreshments Canada Company from Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc., a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company. Goodmans represented Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited.
  
  
• Boat Rocker Media Inc., including for its acquisition of a majority stake in Insight Productions. Goodmans represented Insight Productions.
