Goodmans played a lead role in the following deals:

Essar Steel Algoma Inc. concludes a three-year restructuring under the CCAA and sale of substantially all of its assets to Algoma Steel Inc. Goodmans represented the ad hoc committee of senior secured noteholders in Canada.
BSR Real Estate Investment Trust completed its US$135 million initial public offering. Goodmans represented BSR REIT in Canada.
Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited completed its previously announced acquisition of Coca-Cola Refreshments Canada Company from Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc., a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company. Goodmans represented Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited.
Boat Rocker Media Inc., including for its acquisition of a majority stake in Insight Productions. Goodmans represented Insight Productions.
