In-house counsel are faced with challenging and diverse issues every day. This session is designed to focus on topical and interesting issues relating to ethics, professionalism and practice management, to give you an overview of, and to facilitate some discussion on, these important matters.
A panel of seasoned corporate counsel and private practice lawyers will discuss some of the daily business issues that confront in-house counsel, including interacting effectively with senior management, managing workflow and implementing internal performance measures. The panel will also discuss privilege in the context of in-house practice and the various challenges and concerns that often arise.
This program is offered in conjunction with the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association and therefore is only offered to members of the CCCA.
