Jay A. Carfagnini is a partner and heads the Corporate Restructuring Group at Goodmans. For 15 consecutive years, Goodmans Corporate Restructuring Group has been ranked by Chambers Global as the sole Canadian law firm in Band 1 with the #1 restructuring practice in Canada. His practice focuses on banking and financing law, corporate reorganizations, bankruptcy and insolvency law.
