Nicole Roth is a law clerk in the Dispute Resolution Group at Goodmans.
She has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation matters, particularly in the area of intellectual property. Her experience includes managing extensive documentary productions in cases in both the Ontario and Federal Courts as well as managing trial preparation and co-ordination of trial witnesses and productions. Nicole has familiarity with many electronic database systems, including summation and the tool kit database employed by the Federal Court. Over her years of experience, Nicole’s expertise also extends to dealing with preparing materials for use in damages/reference actions and costs, including preparing Bills of Costs.
Nicole holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and graduated from the law clerks' course in 1996. Nicole joined Goodmans in 1993.
