Tess DiPonio is the Managing Director at Goodmans where she currently works with the firm on matters related to the firm’s administration and governance.
Prior to her current role, Tess was the Director, Human Resources, overseeing the Human Resources, Document Production Services, and Internal Communication teams at the firm. She has also served as the firm’s Director, Law Clerk Programs where she was responsible for overseeing paraprofessional talent and support services in all practice areas. Tess has also supported other areas of the firm from time to time, including providing oversight to the Pitches and Proposals team and collaborating with the firm’s Knowledge Management team with respect to the adoption and integration of new legal technologies impacting the delivery of law clerk services.
Prior to joining Goodmans, Tess practiced civil and commercial litigation with a national law firm.
Tess completed her B.A. and LL.B. at the University of Toronto and was called to the Bar in 1994. She has served on the Boards of The Conference of Independent Schools (Ontario) and The Torch Educational Foundation.
