Julian Di Bartolomeo is an associate at Goodmans. He practices in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and securities law.
Upon graduation, Julian was awarded the Bronze Medal at Osgoode Hall Law School for achieving the third highest standing in the faculty of law. Over the course of his legal studies, Julian was the recipient of numerous awards for academic standing including the Christopher Robinson Memorial Prize for achieving the second highest standing in his final year of law school and the Honourable F.H. Barlow Scholarship for academic proficiency in Commercial and Corporate law studies. Julian also won awards for attaining the highest standing in various courses including Business Associations, Legal Drafting and Criminal Law.
While attending law school, Julian was involved in the Osgoode Business Law Intensive where he spent a semester working in the legal department of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO).
Julian joined the firm as a summer student in 2014, returned for his articles in 2015-2016 and became an associate in 2016.
