Coveo Solutions Inc. Receives $100 Million Investment from Elliot Management Corp.

Goodmans LLP acted as Canadian counsel to Elliot Management Corp. who through its Silicon Valley-based private equity arm, Evergreen Coast Capital, acquired a 27-per-cent stake in Coveo Solutions Inc. with the provision of a $100 million investment. The deal values Coveo at $370 million.
