Rob Howe is a partner at Goodmans. He focuses on administrative and regulatory law, with an emphasis on municipal and land development matters.
His practice concentrates on all aspects of land development for private and public sector clients throughout Ontario. In addition to dealing with public agencies and municipalities, Rob appears regularly before the Ontario Municipal Board. A significant part of his practice focuses on the financial aspects of land development, including the financing of significant public infrastructure projects in the greater Toronto area and advising clients on development charge matters.
Before joining the firm, he worked with the City of Toronto's legal department.
