Sarah Stothart is an associate in the Litigation Group at Goodmans. She has a broad-based practice with a particular interest in the areas of corporate/commercial and insolvency litigation.
Sarah attended law school at the University of Toronto, where she volunteered as a caseworker at Downtown Legal Services and sat on the executive board of Women & the Law. Sarah was also actively involved in the University of Toronto’s competitive mooting program, competing in and later coaching the delegation for the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition and being recognized as a Distinguished Oralist. She sits on the Board of Directors of Newcomer Women’s Services Toronto, a non-profit organization offering employment, settlement, and language services for newcomer women.
Sarah joined the firm as a summer student in 2015, articled in 2016-2017 and returned as an associate in 2017.
