The Goodmans IP Litigation Team, with a trial team including Andrew Brodkin, Daniel Cappe, Sarah Stothart, Emily Groper, Jordan Scopa and Jerry Topolski, continued its winning streak in the Impact Case of the Year category with its successful representation of Adeia Guides Inc. in an action asserting patents related to interactive program guide (IPG) technology.
The Goodmans IP Litigation Team, with an appeal team consisting of Andrew Brodkin and Jordan Scopa, won a second Impact Case of the Year award for its successful representation of NCS Multistage Inc. in an appeal overturning a judgment granting an action for patent infringement.
