Impact Case of the Year: NCS v Kobold (2025 FCA 187)

The Goodmans IP Litigation Team, with an appeal team consisting of Andrew Brodkin and Jordan Scopa, won a second Impact Case of the Year award for its successful representation of NCS Multistage Inc. in an appeal overturning a judgment granting an action for patent infringement.
