Cailey MacDonald is a law clerk in the Capital Markets Group at Goodmans.
She specializes in public company transactions, ongoing disclosure obligations, private distributions of securities and insider reporting. She assists in the preparation and filing of documents through the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) and TSX SecureFile.
Cailey holds a B.A. from Laurentian University and a Certificate in Legal and Corporate Administration from Seneca College. She joined Goodmans in 2016.
