Rachel is an associate in the Banking and Financial Services Group at Goodmans.
She is developing her practice in debt finance and corporate transactions, with a focus on corporate lending, acquisition finance, secured lending and cross-border transactions.
Rachel has experience representing lenders and borrowers in domestic, global and international transactions, including debt securities, private credit and constructions loans.
Prior to joining Goodmans, Rachel was a corporate associate in the Toronto office of a global law firm.
