SiriusXM Canada Completes $200 Million Offering of Senior Unsecured Notes and $35 Million Credit Facility

Goodmans represented the syndicate of underwriters in connection with the completion by Sirius XM Canada Holdings Inc. (“SiriusXM Canada”) (TSX: XSR) of an offering of $200 million senior unsecured notes, with a 7 year term bearing interest at the rate of 5.625% per annum. TD Securities and National Bank Financial acted as joint book-runners and joint-lead managers, while BMO Capital Markets, Canaccord Genuity Corp., CIBC World Markets and RBC Capital Markets acted as co-managers. SiriusXM Canada also entered into a $35 million senior unsecured credit facility with National Bank Canada and The Toronto-Dominion Bank.
