Altium Acquires Upverter

Goodmans LLP represented Altium Ltd., an Australian-based electronic design software company in connection with its acquisition of Upverter Inc., a Toronto based design platform.

Upverter is the developer of the world’s first fully-cloud, fully-collaborative electronics design system. This transaction will augment Altium’s cloud-based competencies and drive further differentiation and growth for Altium in the market for next-generation electronic CAD software.
