Artis REIT Completes Debenture Offering
Goodmans LLP represented the syndicate of agents in connection with Artis Real Estate Investment Trust’s (TSX: AX.UN) ("Artis" or the "REIT") offering of 2-year Series B floating rate senior unsecured debentures (the "Series B Debentures") for aggregate gross proceeds to the REIT of $200 million. The Series B Debentures were offered on an agency basis by a syndicate of agents led by BMO Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets and Scotiabank.
