Blink49 Studios Inc. acquires a majority stake in Front Street Pictures

Goodmans LLP advised Blink49 Studios Inc. in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in Front Street Pictures, a production services company based in Vancouver.

This was Blink49’s first corporate acquisition since its launch in 2021. The deal expanded Blink49 into Western Canada, accelerated is growth in the “movie of the week” business, and positioned it for future growth in the Canadian market and beyond.

Blink49 is an entertainment production venture that develops and produces scripted and unscripted content for the global market. Since its launch, Blink49 has brought on incredible talent to build it growing slate of TV projects.
