Canbras Global Inc. Series B Financing

Goodmans LLP represented Canbras Global Inc., the parent company of Brazilian fintech startup Rebel Tecnologia e Correspondente Bancario Ltda, in connection with a Series B financing round led by Point Break Capital.

Goodmans had previously represented the investors in connection with its prior seed and Series A financing rounds and was retained by the company to replace its prior Canadian counsel in advance of the Series B financing.
