CIBC Capital Markets leads C$700 million Oxford Properties Group Trust debt offering
Goodmans LLP acted for CIBC Capital Markets and the agents in connection with their role as Joint Bookrunner for a C$700 million senior unsecured notes offering for Oxford Properties Group Trust (“OPGT”).
The Notes priced at a 3.602% coupon will mature on November 13, 2030. In connection with the transaction, the proceeds from the offering will be used to repay existing unsecured indebtedness of OPGT.
