Credit facility to Blackstone

Goodmans LLP represented Royal Bank of Canada, Citibank, Deutsche Bank Canada and Deutsche Bank New York, in connection with a $1.5 billion senior credit facility to finance the purchase by Blackstone of approximately 185 industrial assets purchased from Cominar REIT, and represented Royal Bank of Canada in connection with a $250 million mezzanine loan facility related to such purchase.
