Four Seasons Enters into Senior Secured Credit Facilities

Goodmans represented Four Seasons Holdings Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries (“Four Seasons”) in connection with the completion of senior secured credit facilities in the aggregate principal amount of US$750 million on March 26, 2012. The syndicate of international lenders was led by Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent and collateral agent, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. as syndication agent and Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as joint lead arrangers.
