Greywood, LLC Leads Shareholder Activism Against Enthusiast Gaming Holdings Inc.

Goodmans LLP is representing Greywood LLC in connection with its acquisition of beneficial ownership of 5% or more of a class of equity securities of Enthusiast Gaming Holdings Inc. (“Enthusiast”), and its proxy fight with Enthusiast.

Greywood, LLC, together with Greywood Investments, LLC and their affiliates and associates (“Greywood”), is a longstanding and currently the largest shareholder in Enthusiast. In a public letter issued in May 2022, Greywood announced its plans to replace the company’s chief executive officer and a majority of its board of directors following the Enthusiast’s poor stock market performance
