Horizon Partners opposes TransGlobe Energy Corporation's merger with VAALCO Energy, Inc.

On October 14, 2022, TransGlobe announced that it has now closed its previously announced merger with VAALCO Energy, Inc. by way of plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") pursuant to Section 193 of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta).
