IAMGold Corporation Names New Board Members

Goodmans acted for the directors of IAMGold Corporation (or the “Company”) in connection with its proxy defence against Resource Capital Fund.

IAMGOLD Corporation appointed a new Chair and three new individuals to the Board of Directors as independent directors, following an open letter by Resource Capital Fund VII L.P., a fund managed by RCF Management L.L.C. and which owns approximately 5.2% of the issued and outstanding common shares of IAMGOLD Corporation.
