Klass Capital leads Rightsline in US$500 million investment from Hg

Goodmans LLP acted for Klass Capital in connection with Rightsline’s US$500 million strategic growth investment from Hg.

Klass Capital, Rightsline’s majority owner since 2020, Salem Partners, and the broader management team invested meaningfully alongside Hg, reflecting their continued confidence in the business.

The investment accelerates Rightsline’s product and AI roadmap and supports the company's international expansion, drawing on Hg's transatlantic network and its team of more than 100 AI specialists.
