MDA Space completes upsized US$819 million bought deal offering

Goodmans LLP acted for MDA Space Ltd. in connection with the completion of its upsized bought deal offering of common shares of MDA Space in Canada and the United States for approximately US$819 million.

The proceeds of the offering will be used by MDA Space to fund a portion of the purchase price of its acquisition of approximately a 70% interest in Collecte Localisation Satellites.
