Northern Private Capital Purchase of MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates

Goodmans LLP represented the syndicate of purchasers in connection with the sale of MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates (MDA) from Maxar Technologies Inc. to a consortium led by Northern Private Capital. The MDA business is now an independent company based once again in Canada and owned by Canadian investors.
