Octacom acquired by DCM for C$54 million

Goodmans LLP acted for Octacom Limited in connection with its acquisition by DATA Communications Management Corp. (“DCM”), a leading Canadian tech-enabled provider of print and digital solutions, for C$54 million on a cash-free and debt-free basis.

This transaction brings together two organizations with complementary expertise to expand client capabilities across the entire information lifecycle, combining DCM’s communication and print solutions with Octacom's digital automation, secure records management, and AI-enhanced document processing.

Octacom will continue to operate as a distinct division of DCM, while benefiting from DCM’s scale, national reach, and operational capacity.
