Whitehorse Liquidity Partners Fund II Closes at US$1 Billion

(“Whitehorse”) and assisted on Canadian matters related to the formation its second fund, Whitehorse Liquidity Partners Fund II (“Fund II”) focused on making preferred equity investments in private equity portfolios. On September 4, 2018, Fund II had a successful final close at its US$1.0 billion hard cap. Whitehorse’s diversified investor base is comprised of leading insurance companies, public and corporate pension plans, family offices, financial institutions and individual investors.
