Julie Rosenthal will be speaking the CBA's Competition Law Fall Conference, as part of their panel for the session "Re-Assessing Adjudication: Revisiting the Role of the Competition Tribunal". 

During this session, the panelists will re-open the debate as to the wisdom and utility of maintaining a specialized adjudicative body and whether changes to the status quo are needed, such as changing the rules, reconsidering its membership, weighing the role of lay members, and more.
