Goodmans Welcomes Alan Mark

Goodmans is pleased to announce that Alan Mark has returned to the firm as a partner in our Litigation group.
 
Alan’s practice involves corporate and commercial litigation with an emphasis on M&A and securities litigation, shareholder and partnership litigation, class actions and banking and insolvency. He also has extensive experience in electricity law and regulation. Alan has appeared in all levels of the Ontario and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, in the courts of several other provinces and before various administrative tribunals.

Alan is listed as recommended counsel in The Best Lawyers in Canada 2013 for Energy Regulatory, Securities Law, Director and Officer Liability, and Corporate and Commercial Litigation. He also appears in Chambers Global as a leading lawyer in Dispute resolution and Class Action (Defence) and in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory 2012  for Corporate Commercial Litigation and Securities Litigation.
