Birdseye Raises $500,000 in Pre-Seed Funding To Assist Shopify Brands Automate Marketing Strategies
Birdseye, a Toronto-based artificial intelligence (AI) startup, is an all-in-one marketing analytics system for Shopify brands. Birdseye has secured $500,000 in pre-seed funding from Drive Capital to further their goal of assisting e-commerce businesses automate their marketing strategies.
Birdseye has developed a marketing recommendation system that takes typical e-commerce analytics reporting to the next level. Birdseye’s system is designed to help small and growing e-commerce businesses by using AI to automatically generate step-by-step marketing plans. Data-driven marketing is an area that many small online retailers struggle with, causing them to overlook valuable opportunities to increase sales. Birdseye’s system is designed to fix this issue and allow small businesses to take full advantage of data-driven marketing.
CEO and co-founder of Birdseye, Matt Bogoroch, noted: “Our goal with Birdseye is to empower small business owners with the same analytics capabilities that are typically only available to large enterprises and expensive advertising agencies. With funding in place, Birdseye is well-positioned to level the playing field for growing brands. Our goal is to become the leading e-commerce software for Shopify and e-commerce businesses.”
