Brennan Caldwell is an associate in the Restructuring Group at Goodmans, which is consistently and widely recognized as Canada’s leading corporate restructuring practice.
Brennan is developing her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on corporate restructurings and related transactions.
Prior to joining Goodmans, Brennan received her J.D. from Queen’s University. During law school she was named to the Dean’s Honour List and won numerous awards, including the Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP Prize in Corporations and
Taxation and the Queen’s Law Prize in the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic.
