Emily Hamovitch is a partner in a business law group at Goodmans. Her practice is transaction based and focuses on M&A and securities law. She acts for both public and private companies, with a particular emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public offerings, debt and equity financings, private placements, and corporate reorganizations.
Emily also advises on matters relating to continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance, legislative compliance and general corporate and securities law.
Emily previously acted as in-house legal counsel for a large publicly listed company from 2019-2020.
