Rick Tuzi is a consultant in Dispute Resolution Group at Goodmans. His practice focuses on intellectual property rights litigation with a particular emphasis on pharmaceutical patent litigation, including proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. 

He has worked on intellectual property cases before the Federal Court and the Trade-marks Opposition Board. His efforts in these matters have been directed to representing generic pharmaceutical companies and have led to several patents being deemed invalid by the Federal Court of Canada.

As a former synthetic organic chemist and a current registered trade-mark agent, Rick brings relevant industry experience and perspective to his clients.
