Adam Dickinson is an associate in the business law group at Goodmans.
His practice focuses on corporate transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity and corporate governance. He is also developing expertise in competition and foreign investment law.
Adam joined Goodmans as a summer student in 2023 and earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
