• Minto Apartment REIT in connection with its C$2.3 billion going-private transaction with Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Limited Partnership and Minto Group. 
• Fresnillo plc in connection with its acquisition of Probe Gold Inc. for approximately C$770 million by way of a plan of arrangement.
• Investindustrial in connection with its proposed acquisition of TreeHouse Foods, Inc. 
• The underwriters and agents in connection with various follow-on public offerings by Brookfield Corporation, Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P., Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P. and Brookfield Finance Inc.
