Brittni Tee

Brittni is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Group at Goodmans.

She is developing her practice in the area of corporate/commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Brittni received her JD/B.C.L from McGill University, Faculty of Law. During law school, Brittni honed her advocacy skills as a participant in the 2020 Wilson Moot, at which she was named Top Oralist. In recognition of this achievement, Brittni was awarded the John G. Ahern, Q.C. Memorial Award for the most meritorious contribution to the Law Faculty’s Mooting Program.

As part of her studies, Brittni worked as both a teaching and research assistant for courses relating to constitutional law and governance. She also advised complainants at the Yukon Human Rights Commission on matters relating to discrimination in the context of employment, housing, and the provision of commercial services.

Prior to law school, Brittni worked as a policy advisor to the Federal Minister for Women and Gender Equality.
