Carina Leung is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans.
She is developing a practice focused on corporate transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and venture capital financing.
Carina earned her law degree from the London School of Economics. After law school, she obtained a Master’s in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.
Carina first joined Goodmans as a summer student in 2023.
