
Overview
Colin Romano is an associate in the Tax Group at Goodmans.
His practice includes all areas of income tax law, with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border corporate and commercial transactions. In addition to his income tax practice, Colin has expertise in the regulation of financial services market participants and products, including the licensing and registration of dealers and investment funds operating in the blockchain industry.
Prior to joining Goodmans, Colin was an associate at another prominent Canadian law firm.
Colin earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (with distinction) from Concordia University.
Colin is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada as “One to Watch” for Tax Law.
