
Overview
Darren is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans. He is developing his practice in public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities law and private equity transactions. Darren also assists companies with their corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations.
Darren advises companies of all sizes with their reporting obligations under Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (commonly known as the Modern Slavery Act).
Darren obtained his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University with a specialization in Business Law. Prior to joining Goodmans, Darren summered, articled and was an associate at another Toronto law firm.
