Darren is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans.
He is developing his practice in the areas of corporate finance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate matters for both public and private companies.
Darren obtained his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University with a specialization in Business Law.
Prior to joining Goodmans, Darren summered, articled and was an associate at another Toronto law firm.
