Karen Tuschak is the Manager of Corporate Services at Goodmans.
Karen works closely with Ali Richardson, Co-Chief Legal Talent Officer, the firm’s lawyers and the Corporate Services teams. Karen manages the day-to-day operations of the department, while also available to support clients’ transactional and ongoing corporate maintenance needs.
Karen brings more than 35 years of experience in corporate law, paraprofessional leadership and corporate services management at leading national law firms. Her experience includes supporting complex corporate transactions, developing and managing corporate services teams and processes, and implementing legal technology and operational improvements.
Before joining Goodmans, Karen worked as an independent consultant, advising law firms on corporate services organizational structure and design and legal technology adoption, while also providing corporate transactional support to family offices.
