Laxsega Sivaloganathan is an associate in the business law group at Goodmans.
She is developing a practice focused on corporate and commercial matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, securities law, and corporate governance.
Laxsega earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, where she served as a caseworker at Downtown Legal Services.
Laxsega first joined Goodmans as a summer student in 2024 and became an associate in 2026.
