Nelly Meira is the Director, Human Resources at Goodmans where she is responsible for the planning and delivering of talent management and organization effectiveness, professional development, learning and development and talent acquisition of staff and administrative professionals.
Nelly oversees the Human Resources, Document Production Services, and Internal Communication teams at the firm.
Nelly brings over 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources Professional in legal services. She received her BBA from Adelphi Nelly, Human Resources Certificate from New York University and more recently a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate from Queen’s University. She is currently a member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and Chair of The Law Office Management Association (TLOMA) Compensation Committee.
