Parveen Kumari is a corporate law clerk in the Corporate Services Group at Goodmans.
In this role, she assists with corporate transactional work, including due diligence reviews of corporate records as well as corporate filings associated with the ongoing maintenance of OBCA and CBCA entities and searches.
Parveen is also experienced with a wide array of real estate transactions, title searches, land acquisition matters and legal responsibilities such as negotiation, review and drafted high value contracts, and provided opinions in connection with real estate matters and formulating legal strategies.
