Samantha Sarkozi

Samantha Sarkozi is an associate in the Real Estate Group at Goodmans.

Her practice includes a wide range of transactional work, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, leasing and real property elements of M&A transactions.

Samantha regularly acts for both landlords and tenants on various commercial leasing matters across a variety of sectors, including office, medical, industrial and retail leases and she also acts for both lenders and borrowers on acquisition and construction financings. Her experience includes drafting intricate cost-sharing, purchase and sale and financing agreements as well as complex leases for commercial properties.
