Serayah Jamadar is an associate in the Banking and Finance Group at Goodmans.
Serayah is developing her practice in banking and finance law, with a focus on corporate lending, acquisition finance, and secured lending. Serayah’s work involves representing lenders and borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
Serayah first joined Goodmans as a summer student in 2024 and earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
