Shakeera Luthra is a senior commercial real estate law clerk at Goodmans.
Shakeera has extensive experience supporting lawyers and clients across a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.
Her experience spans over 20 years in all facets of commercial real estate law with a particular focus on acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, due diligence, and complex title matters. She assists with reviewing and resolving title and off-title issues, coordinating transaction closings, preparing and managing closing documentation, and supporting the completion of large-scale and time-sensitive commercial real estate matters.
Shakeera graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and holds a Court and Tribunal Agent (Paralegal) Diploma from Seneca Polytechnic. She is also a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
