Tyler Green is an associate in the business law group at Goodmans.
He is developing a broad practice in corporate matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities law, private equity transactions and corporate finance.
Tyler completed the combined J.D./H.B.A. program at Western Law School and the Richard Ivey School of Business. He won the Gold Medal and Law Society of Ontario Prize at law school, while also graduating from Ivey with Distinction.
Tyler first joined Goodmans as a summer student in 2024.
