Our Competition and Foreign Investment Group represents clients in some of the highest-profile merger reviews and contentious matters under the Competition Act.
Our lawyers work together and seamlessly with other practice areas to provide cutting-edge advice in all areas of Canadian competition and foreign investment law, including:
- Negotiating regulatory terms of M&A agreements
- Notifying mergers to, and obtaining approvals from, the Canadian Competition Bureau
- Notifying foreign investments to, and obtaining approvals from, the Canadian government under the Investment Canada Act
